In yoga, the fluctuating changes in the world and in the body-mind are thought to be expressions of the divine play of the gods. In this class we experience every act, every movement and pulse as a manifestation of the creative aspect of the world.

- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
