Twists bring vitality and an incredible lightness of being to the body and mind. In this class we emphasize keeping the abdomen soft in all twisting postures. We first practice revolving the skin, then the flesh, the organs, and spine in that order.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
