The movement of breath can be compared to the movement of the wings of a bird in flight. In this class we lengthen the trunk, strengthen the intercostal muscles, and expand the lungs using asana as a preparation for pranayama.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
