In the beginning of a new year we come into the practice with fresh eyes, sensing into each movement, each breath and each pulse as new. Thus Beginner’s Mind suggests a willingness to be receptive toward ongoing change and to be open to ongoing surprise.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
