Yogis have known for centuries that the eyes impact concentration, states of mind and balance. In this class we synchronize eye movements with somatic movement in order to shift neurological patterns in the connective tissues. In meditation we center the eyes downward and inward to cultivate a steady, unwavering mind.
Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
