It is common for there to be gluing and sticking in the musculature between the ribs (intercostals). This class frees up restrictions along the interior and exterior rib in order to loosen the diaphragm and free up the lung in preparation for pranayama.

Some logistics:
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
- Please note that all classes are in Mountain Time.
