In this class we build bridges in order to stretch the abdomen, open the chest and nourish the brain. This requires stretching the front line of the legs and making the lumbar and sacral area supple. This prepares for seated pranayama.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
