The pranayama breath known as the “Breath of Fire” is an excellent way to saturate the body in prana. Yet it is important not to strain or over effort in this technique. In this class we explore the nuance of the Breath of Fire by carefully preparing the pump-like movement of the abdomen and diaphragm.
