A balanced nervous system is essential for a woman’s vitality and is the root of hormonal, emotional, and physical health. Through the combined wisdom of yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda, explore how breath, food, movement, herbs, acupressure, and daily rituals support regulation and resilience. Join Surya and Margo for a three-class series designed to help you understand how stress influences your hormones, sleep, and overall well-being, and learn practical tools to bring your body back into balance.

 

In this series, you will learn:

  • yoga practices to down-regulate stress
  • the role of cortisol in women’s health
  • nutritional tips for the nervous system
  • tcm + ayurvedic approaches to nervous system health
  • yoga and ayurvedic techniques for grounding + better sleep
  • calming herbal teas + lifestyle rituals
  • acupressure points for immediate ease + calm

  • Have your props handy! We recommend two blocks, blankets, a thick bolster, an 8’ or 10’ belt/strap, and a backless chair (modifications will be given if you do not have a chair). We recommend yogaoutlet.com and Manduka for props; backless chairs can be found on Amazon and Etsy.

Dr. Margo Bachman is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and is board-certified in TCM Reproductive Medicine. **Women’s Wisdom Practices is good for 6-Hours of Continuing Education hours through Yoga Alliance, and can be applied towards required hours for the Prajna Yoga 300-Hour Program.
