Given the amount of time people spend on the computer, the eyes are prone to strain and exhaustion. In this class we use many different techniques to uncouple the eyes from strain and to provide ease, and rest in the skin, musculature and cranial bones that surround the eyes.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
