In this class, we will investigate the anatomical position of the kidneys and identify ways that the kidneys support the lungs and the flow of prana. In practice we practice twists, forward bends and supported backbends.

In practice we alternately lengthen, flex, and revolve the iliopsoas prior to the practice of supine and seated pranayama.
