Join Tias, Surya, and Nicolle for this special Winter Solstice class of yoga and music. We celebrate the long nights of winter as a potent time for cultivating new intentions for life and dropping away of old patterns. It is a time for moving inward and reflecting, to embrace the darkness and bask in candlelight.
