Prajna Live | Mahamudra – The Great Seal | Online Practice
Mahamudra in the meditative traditions of Tibet represents the seal of enlightenment. In Hatha Yoga it requires working with the pelvic, abdominal, and throat bandhas to animate the flow of prana. In this class we engage Mahamudra as a “mind seal” and as a support for physical vitality.
