Stay Close to the Ground: Gravity as Therapy | Online Workshop
In this time of upheaval and real uncertainty, it is valuable in practice to practice close to the ground. In this class our aim is to reduce anxiety and distress by doing a more earth based practice. By dropping into the bones we allow the breath to regulate and nerves to settle. This process involves not only physical relaxation but a kind of psychic relinquishing. This class is an antidote to the upward rising winds of uncertainty that plague us in this time of social distancing. Practice SATYA, asana and yoga nidra, the yogic sleep, to embody a profound letting go.
