Prajna Live | The Heart of the Legs | Online Practice
Our legs are powerful muscular pumps that serve to propel blood back to the heart. If the legs are stiff and bound it can lead to strain on the heart and result in fatigue, lethargy and depression. In this class we bring joy to the organ of the heart by stretching, pumping, flexing, and strengthening connective tissues of the legs. We practice supine and standing poses to help pump venous blood back to the heart in order to nourish and revitalize the body’s prana.
