When tight, the trapezius muscles can immobilize the shoulder and upper ribs. In this class we do movements to bring range of motion to the trapezius muscle in order to free the shoulder girdle and neck.
This class is included in the SATYA 3 immersion registration.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
