Light on the Fluid Body | Online Workshop
Yoga is all about staying fluid in both mind and body. How do we remain fluid and open systems at this time of global shut down? In this practice we free up the thousands of small tributaries of blood, lymph and nerve that travel through our connective tissues. These little rivers (nadis) move via arcs, curves, spirals, and elliptical patterns. In practice we do circular movements, twists, and spirals to increase circulation through all the tissues of the body. Whether holding still in a pose or moving between poses, we cultivate suppleness and fluidity. In meditation, we cultivate stability in the stream like nature of awareness.
