Essential Practice for Women | Online Class
For all women vitality and health require attention to the cyclical changes that take place over the course of a lifetime. While practicing yoga, it is essential that each of us honor our unique physiology by listening to the inherent changes that take place within. By attending to our natural biorhythms, we tailor yoga practices specifically for the changes in our levels of energy, sleep patterns and hormonal rhythms. This class supports women of all ages on the path of practice toward restoration, radiant wellness, and optimal vitality.
When: Thursday, March 31 | 3:30 – 5:30pm Mountain Time
**Please note ALL Live Zoom sessions and classes will be recorded should you be unable to attend any live streams. All recordings will be available for 30 days.
** Essential Practice for Women is good for 2 hours per class, or 8 hours for the series available for Continuing Education hours through Yoga Alliance.
** Essential Practice for Women can be applied towards the required hours for the Prajna Yoga 300/500-Hour Program.
