Part 1: Building Strength, Staying Supple: Practice for Pre-Menstruation
In this class we move through poses with strength and vitality. We touch into the intermediate stages of classical poses and all asanas and pranayamas are done to help fortify your tissues. This sequence we help build blood and vitality for overall reproductive function. This practice will support your individual constitution and help build regularity in your system.
Cost: $25 per event for Breathe Together members or $70 for all 3, $35 individual for non-members
