In this time of upheaval, it is important to center down and anchor in. Through the action of Mula Bandha, connect to your tailbone, hips and legs to build a strong and stable interior. In this class you will learn how to cultivate interior lift by opening your hip joints and mobilizing your lower spine. Explore how emotions relating to stability and grounding related to the first chakra of the body. This class will include a Q&A with Tias at the end of the session.
